Sports, sunshine and the potluck of all potlucks were the perfect combination for a joyful gathering at Gracepoint's annual Memorial Day picnic at Paradise Beach Park. We always look forward to this time of year where our entire church can come together to join in the fellowship through food, fun and friendly competition!

For the Love of Chemistry, Baking Bonanza, Phenomenal Physics, Drama, Music Masters - ! These were just some of the workshops offered at this year's Springfest for over 80 2nd graders new to our ImpACT ministry. The theme focused on the true superheroes of today showing that "True might is doing right!"; It's our prayer that we can continue to share the love of Christ with our youngest friends at ImpACT!

Feb 17, 20082008 Element Winter Retreat
Fifty youth students plus teachers headed up to the Sierra Lodge for our annual Winter Retreat. Our guest speaker, Dr. John Lee from our San Francisco campus, challenged us with the powerful Gospel message, as well as a thought-provoking presentation on Science and Christianity. Through the testimonies shared by our teachers, intense snowball fights and ice sculpture competition, and hilarious student-directed skits, we thank God for the memorable fellowship and the many commitments that were made at this retreat.

Our entire church came together to worship and praise God for the work He has done in the lives of our three brothers being ordained as pastors: William Kang, Manny Kim and Timothy Rhee. We continue to pray for them, and for the ways God will use them to share His love with many people!

We experienced God mightily during this year's college retreat, where many brothers and sisters accepted Jesus as their Lord and Savior! Many more also recommitted their lives to follow Christ as the Word of God was preached, life testimonies were shared, and relationships were deepened through small groups. We know that God will continue to work in and through our college students in the coming year!

Jan 20, 2008ISM Winter Retreat 2008
The International Student Ministry held its first ever Winter Retreat this January at the Sierra Lodge. We were privileged to have Pastor Timothy Rhee from Waypoint Community Church as our retreat speaker. Our hearts were stirred by the message of the Gospel, and we witnessed the power of God's love as several brothers and sisters made decisions to follow Him!
